    Delgado had double reason to celebrate after Luxembourg's triumph

    Marvin Delgado was given the highest individual honor for winning the title.

    SHKODER (Albania) - Marvin Delgado claimed the honor of being crowned Most Valuable Player after he helped Luxembourg hoist the trophy as champions of the FIBA U16 EuroBasket 2025, Division C.

    Delgado was joined on the All-Star Five by Luxembourg teammate Abram Macalou, Gerard Lamelas from finalists Andorra, Armenia's Edgar Agabekyan and Andreas Bokaj of Albania.

    MVP: Marvin Delgado - Luxembourg

    Marvin Delgado collected 12 points, 15 rebounds, 8 assists and 3 steals in playing all 40 minutes of Luxembourg's 68-55 win over Andorra in the Final. All told, the shooting guard averaged 16.2 points, 10.0 rebounds, 7.3 assists and 3.8 steals.

    Abram Macalou - Luxembourg

    Abram Macalou also stepped up in the Final with 18 points, 16 rebounds, 2 assists and 4 steals. He averaged 15.5 points, 10.2 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.7 steals for the tournament

    Gerard Lamelas - Andorra

    Gerard Lamelas had a strong tournament up until the Final, in which he was limited to 3 points and 5 rebounds. For the tournament, the power forward averaged 10.2 points, 7.2 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.3 steals.

    Edgar Agabekyan - Armenia

    Edgar Agabekyan was a scoring force as he led the tournament in points at 24.6 per game. The shooting guard also tallied 6.4 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 4.0 steals and 1.8 blocks for an average efficiency of 28.4. Agabekyan collected 36 points, 9 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals and 4 blocks in Armenia's win over Albania to secure third place.

    Andreas Bokaj - Albania

    Andreas Bokaj was Albania's main man with 16.8 points, 9.8 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 2.0 steals and 2.0 blocks. The guard's 17 points and 10 rebounds were not enough in the Third Place Game as the home side lost to Armenia.
