MUNICH (Germany) - The first week of the FIBA Europe Cup Regular Season concluded on Wednesday, with another thrilling night of action following Tuesday’s excitement.
There were big wins for VEF Riga, AEK Petrolina and a last gasp victory for BC Bashkimi, with two more exciting Gamedays to follow next week.

Sears leaves his mark for VEF Riga; Myles hits Divine game-winner
VEF Riga flew out of the gates and never relented as they began their Group H adventure with a 106-83 triumph over Lokomotiv Plovdiv.
Jordan Sears starred for the Latvian side, as he led the way with 30 points on 10-for-16 shooting, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Devearl Ramsey paced Lokomotiv Plovdiv with 21 points and 9 assists.
Divine Myles hit a game-winning fadeaway on the buzzer to hand BC Bashkimi an incredible 79-77 win over Valmiera Glass VIA.
Myles led the way for the winners with 21 points, helped by a double-double from Adrio Bailey, who chipped in with 14 points and 10 rebounds as well as four blocks. Bryce McBride had a game-high 25 for Valmiera.
Sporting CP outlasted Rilski Sportist 79-75 in a thrilling game that needed overtime to settle matters. Malik Johnson forced the extra period for the Bulgarian side with seven seconds left, but Sporting recovered to seal the win.
Francisco Amarante led the way with 25 points for Sporting. Johnson had 19 for Rilski.
Lions de Geneve roared the loudest, as Corey Floyd bagged 34 points to guide his side to a 105-83 road win over the LANDAU Lions. He was ably supported by Ty Johnson, who added an equally impressive 33 points and 7 rebounds.
Promitheas Patras BC led from start to finish as they topped Trepca 91-77 in their Group A clash.
New Williams led a balanced scoring effort for the Greek side with 18 points, with Kendal Coleman adding 14. Kevin Bracy-Davis led all scorers in vain for Trepca with 25 points.
Petrolina AEK outscored Fitness First Wurzburg Baskets 18-6 in the final period to secure an impressive 73-65 success over their German counterparts, as Myles Tate hit three triples to lead the victors with 24 points.
The competition's all-time leading scorer, Kris Richard, showed why he boasts that accolade, leading CSM CSU Raiffeisen Oradea to a comfortable 93-67 win over Fribourg Olympic Basket with 20 points.
Elan Chalon were made to work hard for their 79-72 victory over British side Manchester Basketball. Jeremiah Hill impressed for the French side with 18 points to help his side bag the win.
King Szczecin got off to a flying start, outlasting Nitra Blue Wings 88-81 in Group D. Noah Reynolds led six Szczecin players in double figures with 16 points.
