MUNICH (Germany) - There were dramatic late victories for Rilski Sportist and PAOK to highlight an eventful second week of the Regular Season.
There are 11 teams that moved to 2-0 records early on, while some teams also made history with their first-ever European wins.
Earlier on Tuesday night, Bilbao bounced back with a dominant win over Brno, with Melwin Pantzar dishing 14 assists and Devonte Green produced a monster double-double to give Neftchi IK a first-ever FIBA Europe Cup win.

Stokes the hero for Rilski; PAOK prevail in OT
Kamau Stokes buried a three-pointer on the buzzer to land Rilski Sportist a stunning 95-92 victory over PGE Start Lublin.
In a frantic contest that featured 19 lead changes, with neither team holding a lead of more than nine points, it looked destined to go to overtime before Stokes' heroics, as he led the Bulgarian side with 25 points and 10 assists. Tevin Mack had a game-high 29 for Lublin.
PAOK prevailed 94-93 in an epic battle that needed overtime to settle matters. KJ Jackson forced the extra period with a three-pointer for the Greek side with under 30 seconds left. Anwil looked to have done enough, but a trio of missed free throws in the dying seconds ended up costing them dearly as Stephen Brown drilled a fadeaway jumper with 0.8 seconds left for the win.
Tomas Dimsa led PAOK with 22 points and 8 rebounds, with Jackson adding 21. Isaiah Mucius led Anwil with 17.
Debutants RASTA maintained their unbeaten start with a 98-82 win over Sporting CP. Despite a blip in the latter stages of the second, the Germans led for the majority, going an impressive 59 percent from the field. Tommy Kuhse led the way with 27 points and 9 assists for RASTA.
Braunschweig were made to work hard, but pulled away in the fourth quarter to beat BC Trepca 84-70 on the road. After leading for the majority, Braunschweig were only able to hold a 58-56 lead after the third. But they eventually pulled away when it mattered in the fourth, with their lead peaking at 19 points late on. Grant Sherfield amassed 21 points to keep the German side undefeated.
In Group J, Pallacanestro Reggiana dispatched of BC Bashkimi 100-65, with Jaylen Barford leading a well-balanced scoring attack with 16 points as the Italian side shot nearly 62 percent from the floor, hitting 16 triples.
Peristeri BC caught fire and never let the flame go out, beating BC Kutaisi 102-67. Riley Abercrombie led the victors with 15 points as the Greek side shot a stunning 62 percent from the floor to stay unbeaten.
CSM CSU Oradea improved to 2-0 in Group C by beating fellow Romanian side CSM Corona Brasov 90-85, thanks to 21 points and 7 rebounds from Emmanuel Nzekwesi. Cedevita Junior also remains flawless after two games with a convincing 105-82 win at Keravnos BC in Group D.
There was history made for KK Pelister as they secured their first-ever win in the competition, as they beat BC Prievidza 90-83 with Austin Price hitting five triples for 25 points for the North Macedonian side.
Bosna down Murcia and Neftchi seals historic first win
KK Bosna secured its first win of the campaign as they led from opening tip to final buzzer in a deserved 87-72 win over UCAM Murcia.
Edin Atic led the victors with 19 points and 6 assists, and Chase Audige added 15, as the Bosnian side shot an impressive 60 percent from the field, while holding their Spanish visitors to just 37 percent. Dylan Ennis led Murcia with 15 points, but they suffered their first loss.
Neftchi IK sealed their historic first-ever FIBA Europe Cup win in the most sensational circumstances, as Devonte Green shone in their 95-84 victory over BC Kalev/Cramo.
It was Green who forced overtime, as he got his own rebound off a missed three and casually hit the runner on the buzzer. He then hit four points in the extra period, as the Azerbaijani debutants held their Estonian counterparts to just three points to secure a big win.
Green led the way with 35 points, which included going 7-for-12 from three-point land, 13 rebounds and 4 steals. Tyson Acuff led BC Kalev/Cramo with 20 points.
Melwin Pantzar played the role of playmaker extraordinaire as he dished 14 assists in Bilbao's 105-51 win at PUMPA Basket Brno. Pantzar also added 15 points, assisting Tryggvi Hlinason and Martin Krampelj's team-high 17 points each.
Meanwhile, KK Cibona moved to 2-0 as they held off JDA Bourgogne Dijon for a thrilling 76-73 victory, with German side Rostock Seawolves also claiming their second win by beating Windrose Giants Antwerp 95-80.
