RIGA (Latvia) - The highly anticipated All-Star Five at the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 has been revealed and is led by TISSOT MVP, Dennis Schroder of Germany.
The lineup consists two players from the champions Germany as well as one representative each from runners-up Türkiye, third-placed Greece with Slovenia also having a player being outside of the top four.
Dennis Schroder - Germany
The heart and soul of the Germany team, FIBA EuroBasket 2025 TISSOT MVP Schroder once again showed his quality leading the world champs to the rare World Cup/EuroBasket double. Even though he played limited minutes in the Group Phase, the captain turned it up in the Final Phase and elevated his numbers up to 20.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 7.2 dimes with a big Final performance of 16 points and 12 assists which pushed Germany to the title, earning himself the second All-Star appearance in a row after 2022.
Luka Doncic - Slovenia
Even though Slovenia didn't make it into the Semi-Finals, Doncic deserved his spot in the lineup as the sole representative outside of the top four. It's his second entry as he repeats the 2017 accolade. Luka was the tournament's leading scorer with 34.7 points on average, also producing 8.6 rebounds and 7.1 assists per game. He led his team in every major statistics column and blessed us with the fourth-ever EuroBasket triple-double of 26 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists against Belgium in the Group Phase.
Franz Wagner - Germany
A true all-around machine, Wagner once again proved that Schroder and he make one of the best dynamic duos in the world. Always a major triple threat from the forward position, Wagner produced when it was most needed with 23 points against Slovenia in the tough Quarter-Finals matchup, also coming up with 18 points and 8 rebounds in the Final. At the end, his averages tally up to 20.8 points, 5.9 boards and 3.4 dimes per game.
Giannis Antetokounmpo - Greece
Greece is back on the podium after 16 years after beating Finland as Giannis Antetokounmpo cemented his legacy with the decoration and back-to-back entries in the EuroBasket All-Star Five lineup. The Greek Freak produced a magnificent tournament, leading Greece onto the podium with 30 points, 17 rebounds and 6 assists in the Third Place Game. In total, Giannis ended up as the event's second leading scorer with 27.3 points as well as 10.6 rebounds and 4.1 assists on average.
Alperen Sengun - Türkiye
It was a campaign to remember for Sengun who established himself as one of the biggest European stars, coming up with one jaw-dropping performance after another and leading Türkiye to the second place. The big man found himself in the top three in rebounding and assisting, also entering the top 10 in scoring with 21.6 points, 10.1 rebounds and 6.6 assists per game. In the Final he pushed Türkiye with 28 points, but we'll also remember the triple-double of 19 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists in the Quarter-Finals against Poland.
