Watch the show: Klemen Prepelic drops 30+9 in Qualifiers opener

KOPER (Slovenia) - Klemen Prepelic did his best superhero impression and made sure Slovenia started the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers with a win as he poured in 30 points against Ukraine.

Prepelic made 6-of-12 shots including four three-pointers and added a sparkling 14-15 free throws to deliver Slovenia the 87-73 Group A victory. The 31-year-old came off the bench and kept Slovenia in the game in the first half and then spearheaded the big third quarter to get the win. Prepelic finished with 9 assists, 3 rebounds and 1 steal for an efficiency of 29.
