Brasserie 2050

Brasserie 2050, the restaurant of the future, gives a small taste of what to expect on our plate in 2050.  The Brasserie is an initiative of the Rabobank to make the global food issue negotiable and touchable. A place that doesn’t only stimulates the taste buds but also a place to start a good conversation. Because every dish tells his own story or illuminates a dilemma and is made from local, future-proof ingredients. Honest and especially delicious! For example karma Shawarma, made of celeriac. Do you taste the difference??! Or a no waste salad, from vegetables saved by instock. But it’s also the place to be for quick snacks or a delicious lunch. So hop by and let the future taste!
