Who were the Day 4 Top Performers?

SYDNEY (Australia) - There was a bitter-sweet feeling in Sydney for Wei-An Chen of Chinese Taipei as she posted a career night display but suffered the disappointment of her country falling into Division B.

The guard did everything possible to save her nation's top flight status with a brilliant contribution against Lebanon, but it wasn't enough as they went down 75-73 in a nerve-shredding matchup. She finished with 25 points, 6 rebounds, 3 steals, 2 assists and 2 blocks.

However, it was double celebration for Trinity Baptiste who barely missed for Lebanon on a great day for them. She went 5 of 6 from the floor and recorded a super smart 16 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Meanwhile her teammate Rebecca Akl chose a good time to have her most influential outing of the competition with a fine 27 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists.

Charlisse Leger-Walker was unstoppable for the Tall Ferns as she inspired New Zealand sneaking past Philippines 83-78 to make it into the Semi-Finals and grab a ticket to the Olympic Qualifying Tournaments. The guard showed out with 34 points, 6 assists, 3 rebounds and 3 steals.

Pilipinas standout Jack Animam had done her best to propel her side to what would have been their greatest ever night by offering up a nice double-double of 14 points and 11 rebounds.
