Can Avenida use fan power to get back on track and how will Bourges handle the ultimate test?

MUNICH (EuroLeague Women) – There are some fascinating match-ups during Week 12 of EuroLeague Women as Perfumerias Avenida try to stop their slump and the resurgent Bourges get ready to have their renaissance put to the test.

Salamanca will be rocking as Perfumerias Avenida make an overdue return to Pabellon Wurzburg after a run of four road games that has resulted in three consecutive losses; so can they use the power of their fans to return to winning ways?

Will Fenerbahce prove too strong, having beaten UMMC last week, or will roster changes with Giorgia Sottana coming in, lead to short-term chemistry issues that Avenida can capitalize on?

Will we see the return of that trademark tenacious Avenida defense and can they put a lid on the in-form Aerial Powers?

Just days after selecting her in the Spanish squad for the FIBA EuroBasket Women 2019 Qualifiers, will Lucas Mondelo have his 11-0 Dynamo Kursk record wrecked by Laia Palau and Bourges, who are on a 5-0 run themselves?

With Kursk's own Spanish guard Anna Cruz injured, can the visitors take advantage as the dynamic French trio of Valeriane Ayayi, Marine Johannes and Alexia Chartereau look to continue lighting it up? Will new Bourges signing Ruth Hamblin get to play?

Elsewhere in the competition, will Kaela Davis push on from her terrific debut in a Galatasaray vest when she steps out at CCC Polkowice, who are needing to take a last chance for a EuroCup Women place?

Can CCC Polkowice finally deliver a big performance with a roster that certainly boasts both talent and experience in the likes of Alysha Clark, Artemis Spanou, Temi Fagbenle, Miljana Bojovic, Elina Dikeoulakou and Co?

Will UMMC leave on a high note in front of their fans as they play their last home game of the Regular Season when they face Nadezhda?

Will Maya Moore have arrived for UMMC and will Brittney Griner continue to shine in the race for MVP –or can the in-form Ksenia Tikhonenko shut her down?

Wisla Can-Pack are on a roll and can still make the EuroCup Women slots, so can they continue their run and go three wins in a row by relying on the white-hot shooting hand of Leonor Rodriguez to shoot down Yakin Dogu Universitesi? Do Tamara Radocaj and Maurita Reid have the defensive know-how to stop the playmaking skills of Courtney Vandersloot?

Even if they are out of sorts, can ESBVA-LM extract revenge for their 37-point defeat in the Czech capital, or will ZVVZ USK Praha complete a double through the play of their marquee stars DeWanna Bonner and Amanda Zahui?

Since BLMA play their last three games at home, can they save their season down the stretch and snatch a EuroCup Women berth?

Will new signing Sugar Rodgers play and bring some firepower from downtown against Schio? Will Schio be able to take victory and hit back from a loss against Wisla last time – not least as they have demanding games with Avenida and UMMC to finish?

Can the unchanged roster of Castors Braine be a factor against a Sopron team looking to debut Danielle Page after the loss of Jelena Milovanovic to a broken hand last week? Or, will Sopron get the win needed to clinch a place in the post-season?

You can watch all eight of this week's games live and for free on the FIBA YouTube channel as well as following our Live Updates on Wednesday.
