MUNICH (Germany) - The start of the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers marks not only the next phase on the road to Europe's flagship basketball event, but also the launch of the official slogan, 'Make Your Mark'.

Competing for a chance to leave their imprint alongside the European greats who have graced the storied history of the competition, the 32 nations taking part in the Qualifiers have their sights locked on earning a spot in the 42nd edition of the tournament, set to take place in Cyprus, Finland, Poland and Latvia next year.

Crafting a lasting legacy in the next chapter of European basketball is the main theme of the slogan, which was unveiled to celebrate the start of the Qualifiers and will be the centerpiece of the campaign in the leadup to the event.

The launch of the campaign follows the introduction of the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 logo in December.

Reigning EuroBasket champions Spain will be part of the action on the court on the opening night of FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers on Thursday, February 22 as nine games are played to commence the first window, which concludes on Monday, February 26. 

The following windows will take place in November 2024 and February 2025, when the 24-team field will be finalized for FIBA EuroBasket 2025, with the four co-hosts qualified automatically.

The long road of qualification for the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 began in November 2021 with the Pre-Qualifiers, which were played across three rounds and concluded in August 2023.

All of the games during the FIBA EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers can be streamed live via subscription service Courtside 1981, while all of the action can also be followed on the official app.

FIBA EuroBasket 2025 will take place in the cities of  Limassol, Tampere, Katowice and Riga from August 27 – September 14, 2025.
