Media Centre

This Media Centre provides easy and quick access to information and resources on the West Asia Super League (WASL) activities essential to the work for the members of the professional media. Whether you are a print journalist, a broadcaster, a photographer, a blogger or a publisher of news on the web, you will find what you are looking for here.

Through the FIBA Media Portal, professional media representatives can request accreditations for upcoming WASL games and access media-related information on the WASL.

All downloadable WASL material for media, including WASL official documents, photos and graphics, as well as videos – will be made available from this section.

Accreditations

Local, regional and international media representatives wishing to attend WASL Group Phase games must apply through FIBA’s online accreditation system, the FIBA Media Portal. All form of applications will not be accepted. Updates on the status of your application will be provided by the home media officer.

West Asia Super League Group Phase (West Asia and Gulf) – Application dates

Portal opens on Tuesday, 1 November 2022
Portal closes on Saturday, 10 December 2022

Information about the dates to apply for the WASL Final 8 games will be provided after the end of the Group Phase.
