About the Event
How to Qualify
The eight (8) participating teams will be divided into two (2) groups (A and B) of four (4) teams each. The best two (2) teams from each group will qualify for the FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments 2020 (a total of 4 teams). For the group containing Tokyo 2020 hosts, Japan, the highest placed team and Japan shall qualify for the FIBA Women's Olympic Qualifying Tournaments 2020.
