COLORADO SPRINGS (FIBA U17 Women's Basketball World Cup 2018) – USA will look to the coaching trio of Carla Berube, Steve Gomez and Vanessa Nygaard to lead the former champions back to the top of the podium when they step out at the FIBA U17 Women's Basketball World Cup 2018.
Having relinquished their title at the previous edition in Zaragoza two years ago, USA will hope that keeping faith with the coaches who landed last year's FIBA Americas U16 Women's Championship in Buenos Aires will pay dividends.
Berube is thrilled to be tasked with delivering some silverware in Minsk and commented: "It's an amazing honor to be named the head coach of the 2018 USA Basketball Women's U17 World Cup Team.
