As we continue our recap of the 2012 FIBA 3x3 World Tour season, we turn our attention to Russia's eastern most city of Vladivostok.

On 21-22 July, fifteen qualified teams showed up for the two World Tour Final places on offer; the sun did not.

On a windy and damp day, the tented court saw Khabarovsk come from behind to beat fellow Russians Amur 18-17 to clinch their place in the Final.

A barrage of perimeter shots in regulation allowed them to cut a four-point deficit to tie the score at 16 apiece, bringing the contest into overtime.

Amur struck first but then Ivan Usik hit a contested jumper from beyond the arc to seal it for Khabarovsk.

In the other Semi-Final, tournament hosts Vladivostok saw off the brave but lightweight Chinese Taipei City 21-14 after thwarting an attempted comeback thanks to a clutch play by Eduar Sandler.

In an All-Russian Final that pitted them against Khabarovsk, Vladivostock out-hustled their opponents and grinded out a victory that wasn't so much pretty to watch as much as it was effective.

The host team simply had more left in the tank following a full day of action to come away deserving 16-10 winners.

In the individual contests, Geelong's Eamon Larman-Ripon won the Dunk Contest, while Chinese Taipei City's Chun-An Yu edged out Simon Hughes in the Samsung Shoot-Out Contest.
