MUNICH (Germany) - The FIBA EuroBasket 2029 Pre-Qualifiers First Round action resumes in July, with teams looking to continue their journey.
The top team in each of the three groups will advance to the Second Round, alongside the best-ranked runner-up.
Two gamedays remain in the final window of the First Round, and this is how the groups shape up ahead of Gameday 5 on Thursday.

North Macedonia have the strong advantage in the group having won all four of their games so far, while they could still be caught in top spot by Luxembourg, who host Azerbaijan on Thursday. The results against the fourth-placed side in the group will be removed when determining the rankings for the second-placed teams in all groups.

How can teams qualify?
North Macedonia would qualify for the Second Round with a win OR if Azerbaijan beat Luxembourg;
Luxembourg cannot qualify for the Second Round on Gameday 5;
Azerbaijan cannot qualify for the Second Round on Gameday 5;
They would be eliminated from contention to qualify with a loss;
Ireland cannot qualify for the Second Round on Gameday 5.
They would be eliminated with a loss OR if Luxembourg beat Azerbaijan.
Group B
The group is shaping up for a huge clash on Sunday between Bulgaria and Norway with Aleksandar Vezenkov set to suit up for the hosts. Before that, Norway can boost their qualification chances by moving to 3-0 with a win over already eliminated Armenia.

Slovakia sit handily at the top with three wins from three, and could have their place in the Second Round confirmed before having to play Kosovo on Sunday. The opening game of the window is must-win territory for both Kosovo and Albania to keep their hopes alive.
