ORADEA (Romania) - Future bright stars of European basketball will take the spotlight this summer at the FIBA U16 EuroBasket 2026 will take place in Oradea, Romania, from August 7-15 .
In 2025, Serbia claimed their second FIBA U16 EuroBasket title after overturning a half-time deficit to beat Lithuania in the Final. Slovenia secured a first-ever podium finish at the tournament with a 79-71 success over Italy in the Third Place Game.
Serbia are looking to defend their title, but the revenge could come soon for Lithuania as last year's finalists are paired in the Group A, together with hosts Romania.
