    MUNICH (Germany) - Half of the 32-team field in the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2027 European Qualifiers are up and running in the win column after Gameday 1 action.

    But how many will be able to roll their perfect records into the next window in February?

    Heading into the Gameday 2 to be played on Sunday and Monday, there are four matchups of unbeaten teams, meaning a maximum of 12 national teams can potentially move to 2-0.

    Interestingly, during the previous cycle in the lead up to the 2023 World Cup, no team managed six wins from six in the First Round.
