MUNICH (Germany) - There is still lots to play for after the FIBA Europe Cup Quarter-Final first legs, with many exceptional performances throughout.
Here are the Top Performers for the first leg of the last eight, and as always, you can vote for your favorite below.
Peristeri Betsson suffered a 101-77 defeat at the hands of PAOK BC in their first-leg tie, and while they have a mountain to climb on home court next Wednesday, the result could have been worse if it weren't for the consistent performance of Jake Van Tubbergen, who had 23 points, 9 rebounds and 2 steals for a rating of 31.
PAOK's win was largely in part to the deadly shooting by Breein Tyree, who hit four triples and went 10-for-12 from the field in the win. He poured in 26 points and 6 assists for a rating of 28 as his side built a sizeable lead going into the return leg.
Zoltan Perl was once again outstanding for surprise package Falco Vulcano KC Szombathely as they got the better of KK Bosna BH Telecom. Perl went for 29 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists in his side's impressive 81-66 victory at home.
Michael Forrest sank the game-winning free throw with six seconds left that handed UCAM Murcia a narrow 85-84 success over Pallacanestro Reggiana in the first leg. Forrest would end with 22 points, 4 assists and 3 steals in the Spanish side's win. Despite the loss, Jaime Echenique held a block party for Pallacanestro Reggiana, but it wasn't enough to help his side get the victory. The Columbian had 18 points, 4 rebounds and 3 blocks for a rating of 21.
