    MUNICH (Germany) - In the final week of Regular Season action, two players poured in 36 points as the race to make it to the Second Round reached its conclusion.

    Frazier's 36-point haul was matched by Anorthosis Famagusta's Nigel Hawkins, who had buried seven three-pointers for his 36 points to go with seven rebounds. However, it wasn't enough for him to prevent the Cypriot side from losing 87-79 to KC Szombathely.

    Holders Surne Bilbao Basket advanced to the Second Round in the final week of Regular Season action, as Bassala Bagayoko starred in their 117-54 beating of BC Kutaisi. Bagayoko had 20 points on 75 percent shooting, 7 rebounds and 3 blocks in the win.

    PAOK BC advanced to the Second Round in the most dramatic of circumstances. Cleveland Melvin led the Greek side with 26 points on 11-for-14 shooting, 4 rebounds and 3 assists to eliminate Braunschweig at the death 88-87 in the game of the final gameday.
