    Patrick Tape (COTE D'IVOIRE)

Patrick Tape had a quiet game on Thursday, scoring four points and grabbing five rebounds in Côte d'Ivoire's win against Senegal, but he stepped up against the DR Congo, increasing his production to 10 points and six rebounds.

The 27-year-old proved too much for the Congolese defenders, including star player Jordan Sakho.

    Siriman Kanoute (Mali)

The point guard has came out with some key shots in Saturday's 84-73 win over Uganda.

He shot 7-for-15, finishing with 27 points. He came within a rebound and an assist of achieving a triple-double.

    Omar Ballo (Mali)

What to find out how impactful Ballo has been for Mali? Take a closer look at his last two performances, in which he recorded two double-doubles.

Against, Uganda on Saturday, Ballo covered 8 of his 10 shots to finish with 20 points and 10 rebounds.

    Jean Jacques Boissy (Senegal)

Although the reigning Basketball Africa League MVP was not particularly impressive from the three-point shooting line, one of his strongest assets, he punished the Malagasy defence with his drives to the basket.

He finished with 17 points, shooting 6 for 14.

    Childe Dundao (Angola)

For the second night in a row, the reigning AfroBasket MVP led Angola to their second consecutive victory in the tournament.

When Angola were under pressure and Egypt reduced the deficit to just two points with less than a minute and a half left, the 1.67 metre playmaker buried two three-pointers to dash Egypt's hopes.
