Their last encounter was last year during an exhibition game in Italia, wherein China won, 78-73.
During the Cup’s second day of action, Team Venezuela will be facing Angola (14), a team which they have officially faced once, in 1990, with a victory for the South Americans, 83-77.
On July 31, in Macu, Venezuela will face Team USA; on August 1st, Slovenia, and a day later, they will finish their participation in the Cup, with a game against New Zealand.
