RODEZ (FIBA U17 World Championship for Women) – The USA are the only undefeated team (4-0) at the FIBA U17 World Championship for Women and Elisabeth Williams has been a big reason for her team’s impressive play so far.

The 191cm centre has been highly efficient at both ends of the court, averaging team-highs of 13 points and 8.2 rebounds in under 20 minutes per game.

More important than the stats is the fact that she gives the Americans an impressive and intimidating presence in the paint, the area where they have completely dominated their opponents.

FIBA.com talked to the 17-year-old ahead of their last Preliminary Round game against Japan on Wednesday.
