The France international registered a career-high 15 assists as the San Antonio Spurs coasted to a 111-82 win over the Los Angeles Clippers.
Argentina's Manu Ginobili came off the bench to lead San Antonio scorers with 22 points, and Tim Duncan had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds, but all eyes were on Parker.
The 6ft 2in guard used his speed to create easy baskets for this team-mates, handing out five assists in the first quarter and seven in the second as the Spurs built a commanding 65-43.
"We just had a fast start," Parker said. "Basically I penetrated and my team-mates were open and making shots. They kind of forced me to pass it because they never left me open in the first half and my team-mates kept making shots, so I decided to keep passing the ball."
Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said: "It happened to be a great night sparked by Tony Parker.
"He set the table well and got everybody involved. He was the reason we got off to a good start and sustained it."
Parker, who finished with nine points, added: "After eight or nine assists I went like, 'Man I still haven't scored a basket,' but I wasn't looking to shoot because they were playing good defense on me."
Shaun Livingston scored 16 points to pace the Clippers, who look a long way from the team that reached the Western Conference semi-finals last season.
