USA - Milton-Jones enjoying life in the fast lane

VALENCIA (EuroLeague Women) - USA International Delisha Milton-Jones has limited free time due to her role as a superstar forward with Spanish giants Ros Casares.
Indeed, she is usually found in the gym, racing up and down the basketball court.
“Well, stuff over here’s pretty hectic, we don’t get much free time,” she admitted to PA Sport.
When she does have time off, though, she has plenty to do in beautiful Valencia.
“I haven’t been sailing or to the soccer, but I did get the chance to see the Formula One,” she said.
“That was so loud, I couldn’t believe how fast the cars were going.”
Valencia was chosen for Formula One champion Fernando Alonso's presentation earlier this month and drivers raced around the city, allowing Milton and some of her Ros Casares team-mates to see the fastest show on earth.
Sometimes, just walking through the center of town is enough.
“We just love checking out the city, it’s such a lovely place to live,” she said.
Milton-Jones, 32, who won the EuroLeague Women title last year with Gambrinus Sika Brno and then played at the FIBA World Championship for Women in Brazil with the United States, will keep it simple once she walks off the court for the last time.
“After my playing career,” she said, laughing, “I’m going to spend three years in my house with my husband (Roland) eating and watching TV, maybe start a family and enjoy watching my children grow up.”
Chances are, she’ll always be found near a basketball court.
“We both like the idea of setting up an academy so we can give something back,” she said.
