Jackson shot seven of 15 from floor with two three-pointers as Seattle built up a 21-point lead after third quarters before cruising to its fourth win in its last five games.
Iziane Castro Marque scored 19 points and Betty Lennox added 12 and five assists for the Storm, who shot 49% (31-of-63) and held a 34-25 advantage in rebounds.
Taj McWilliams-Franklin was the lone player in double figures with 10 points, while top rookie Sidney Spencer was held to two points on one-of-seven shooting for the Sparks.
