NEW YORK (NBA) - Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria is taking to the airwaves to set the record straight about her basketball player boyfriend's bedroom prowess.

The actress recently told a magazine that she was "the experienced one" in her relationship with the San Antonio Spurs' Tony Parker.

"I'm the teacher, especially about love," she said in an interview with Allure.

But now, apparently keen to dispel any impression she may have given that Parker is a less than perfect lover, Longoria says the opposite is true.

"When the lights are out, he's the teacher," she told entertainment news shows Extra and Access Hollywood. "I'm the student," she added.

The 31-year-old had told Allure that NBA star Parker, 23, was "very sweet".

"He's always telling me he's never met anyone who loves the way I do - wholly and freely and unconditionally," she said.

She also revealed that they had different opinions on having a child out of wedlock, saying that she would and he would not.

"He's only been with one other person in his life," she added.

Longoria described their first meeting, in Parker's team's locker room after a game, as "lust at first sight".
