    URU - Trouville to meet Aguada in final

    MONTEVIDEO (LUB) - Trouville and Aguada will fight for the LUB League title in Uruguay following their respective triumphs in the best-of-seven semi-finals.

    Trouville beat Soriano 4-1 and only needed three games to do so as results earlier in the tournament were carried over.

    Alejandro Gonzalez's side were 2-0 ahead before Soriano won game three 84-81 after overtime with Cardale Talley and Horacio Martinez pouring in 16 apiece for Francisco Camina's squad.

    Game Four saw Trouville win 81-73 with Marcel Bouzout top scoring with 30 points followed by Rodrigo Riera with 18.

    Trouville then won Game Five 72-64 to book their first final place in 33 years.

    Juliano Rivera scored 14 points while Dwayne McCray netted nine for Trouville.

    Top scorer for Soriano was Nakiea Miller with 13, 19 rebounds and seven blocks in a losing cause.

    Trouville will face Aguada who eliminated Defensor Sporting 4-2.

    Aguada were winning 2-0 after winning both regular season matches and made it 87-84 in Game Three.

    Fernando Martinez racked up 26 points, while Diego Losada and Alejandro Perez managed 14 points each.

    However, Defensor Sporting won the next two games 91-84 and 93-67.

    However, on Saturday Aguada won Game Six 94-88 to book their final spot with Martinez, who has scored 16 from 16 free throws this season, pouring in 22 while Tim Frost notched 18 points and 12 rebounds.
