Thirty points from Dan Ewing spurred them towards victory in a match which was tied at 89-89 after the fourth quarter.
Wednesday's other Group D game saw SLUC Nancy claim an 84-83 win at Deutsche Bank Skyliners.
Also unbeaten are DKV Joventut, who won 85-68 at KK Bosna in Group A, led by Demond Mallet's 18 points.
Turk Telecom are second after seeing off Alba Berlin 82-71, while Guildford Heat are 0-4 after losing 87-72 at Siauliai.
The competition's other 100% record belongs to Besiktas Cola Turka, who top Group B after a dominant 100-74 win over Ovarense.
Christian Dalmau was in sparkling form with 24 points and 14 assists, while Graham Brown's game-leading 26 points were to no avail for Ovarense.
Also in Group B, BK Ventspils beat Elan Chalon 81-71 and Koln 99ers saw off FMP 89-82.
In Group C Hemofarm Stada and Akasvayu Girona both have 3-1 records after beating Hanzevast and Spirou Basket respectively.
Galatasaray can join them when they face CSU Asesoft on Wednesday.
There were wins for Benetton Fribourg, KK Buducnost and Antwerp Giants in Group E, while Dynamo Moscow and Red Star head Group F after beating
Panellinios GS and Beghelli Bologna respectively. CEZ Nymburk beat Telindus Oostende in the group's other game.
BC Kalev/Cramo, Asco Slask and Gran Canaria Grupo Dunas were the victors in Group G.
BC Kyiv lost their 100% record thanks to a defeat at Lukoil Academic, while Artland Dragons joined them on 3-1 by beating Benetton Tamoil. ASK Riga beat Pau-Orthez.
Finally, in Group I, there were wins for PGE Turow, Hapoel Jerusalem and Strasbourg.
FIBA
