Despite the defeat, Khimki secured qualification as a result of Pamesa Valencia's 93-92 victory over SLUC Nancy.
Shammond Williams scored 26 points for the Spanish club, who also qualified with three games to spare.
The other Group D game saw Anwil Wloclawek defeat fellow strugglers Deutsche Bank Skyliners 87-64.
In Group A, DKV Joventut maintained their perfect record by thrashing Guildford Heat 116-53.
Nine players reached double figures for the Badalona team, which will be joined in the last 32 by fellow Group A side Turk Telecom, following their 85-80 win at KK Bosna. Siauliai moved into third with a 71-51 victory over Alba Berlin.
In Group B, Besiktas Cola Turka secured qualification by winning 73-62 at Koln 99ers, while BK Ventspils and Elan Chalon improved their records with victories over Ovarense Aerosoles and FMP, respectively.
Triumph Lyubertsy stand on the brink of qualification from Group E following an 82-73 win at Hapoel Galil Elyon.
KK Buducnost are also well placed after beating Antwerp Giants 76-65, while Swans Gmunden moved into third with an 88-66 victory at Benetton Fribourg.
PGE Turow beat Zadar 77-72 to go 6-1 in Group I, where Hapoel Jerusalem and UNICS Kazan defeated French opposition in the form of Eiffel Towers and Strasbourg.
BC Hemofarm Stada scraped their way past Akasvayu Girona 97-93 to draw level with their opponents at the top of Group C. Galatasaray Cafe Crown also moved to 5-2 with a 101-67 win over Hanzevast Capitals, while CSU Asetoft defeated Spirou Charleroi to improve to 3-4.
Dynamo Moscow and Red Star both claimed victories in Group F to go 5-2, and CEZ Nymburk are close behind following an 82-70 win over Beghelli Bologna.
Gran Canaria Grupo Dunas and Asvel Basket lead the way in Group G following victories over Ludwigsburg and BC Kalev/Cramo respectively, while Panionios On Telecoms edged past ASCO Slask Wroclaw 94-92.
In Group H, Lukoil Academic and Benetton Tamoil claimed victories, while BC Kyiv can go top with a victory over ASK Riga this evening.
