    Turkey - Fenerbahce signs guard Tarence Kinsey

    Turkish Basketball defending champion Fenerbahce Canaries signed guard Tarence Kinsey, the club announced over the weekend. The Turkish champion was searching for a new player after losing experienced shooter Ibrahim Kutluay to Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki.

    Turkish Basketball defending champion Fenerbahce Canaries signed guard Tarence Kinsey, the club announced over the weekend.

    The Turkish champion was searching for a new player after losing experienced shooter Ibrahim Kutluay to Greek side PAOK Thessaloniki.

    Kinsey (198, 23) arrives from the Memphis Grizzlies, where he has played for the past season-and-a-half. He averaged 7.7 points, 2 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 48 games last season, including 12 starts. He played in 11 games for Memphis this season, averaging 3.6 points and 1.1 rebounds in limited action. This will be his first time playing overseas, though Kinsey did take part in NBA Europe Live this preseason in Spain.
