TURKEY BOUND - Bosh hurt as Raptors fall at Cavs

CLEVELAND (2010 FIBA World Championship) - The Toronto Raptors fell against the Cavaliers 113-101 on Tuesday and lost Chris Bosh to injury in the process.

The Team USA star, arguably the best defender on the 2008 Olympic gold-medal winning side, caught an elbow by Cavs' forward Antawn Jamison early in the game and broke a bone in his face.

The Raptors said that Bosh sustained a "maxilla and nasal fracture to the right side of his face."

It's uncertain when he will return for Toronto, who are eighth in the Eastern Conference at 38-39 and just one game clear of the Chicago Bulls.

Cavaliers superstar LeBron James, who had 19 points and 13 assists in the game, was very concerned about Bosh.

"He's a friend of mine and an Olympic teammate," James said.

"You hate to see that happen to anybody, especially this late in the season when they're trying to make a push for the playoffs.

"He may have to wear a mask or something."

Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks - who lost Australia center Andrew Bogut to a fractured hand on Monday night - got a huge game in his absence from Turkey international Ersan Ilyasova on Tuesday and clinched a spot in the play-offs.

Ilyasova came off the bench and scored 17 points, grabbed seven rebounds and blocked a shot as Milwaukee did Toronto a favor by beating Chicago, 79-74.

Argentina international Carlos Delfino also contributed eight points, seven boards and a steal for the Bucks (43-34), who are in fifth place in the East.

Kevin Durant, a near certainty for the Team USA squad at the FIBA World Championship, erupted for 45 points but Oklahoma City fell 140-139 in overtime at Utah.

Olympic champion Deron Williams scored 42 points and dished out 10 assists for the Jazz (51-27), who are second in the Western Conference.

The Thunder are in seventh place - a game ahead of Portland - but their defeat in Utah allowed the San Antonio Spurs to climb up to sixth.

The Spurs beat the Sacramento Kings 95-86 on the road and welcomed back French star guard Tony Parker, who was sidelined for a month with a broken hand. He came off the bench and contributed eight points and two assists in the winning effort.
