Big man Kuqo (left in picture) made seven of 10 shots inside the arc and buried two of three from long range en route to a game-high 22 points.
Galatasaray trail Asefa Estudiantes and Pepsi Caserta, who are both 3-1.
Estu beat Caserta 90-80 on Tuesday with Nik Caner-Medley scoring 14 points and hauling in 13 rebounds.
Great Britain's Dan Clark also had 13 points for Estu.
Cajasol Sevilla are 4-0 in Group L and qualified for the quarter-finals after rolling to a 95-81 triumph at Alba Berlin (1-3).
The Spaniards got 21 points from Paul Davis and 18 from Louis Bullock.
