The best women players to watch at FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup 2025.

COPENHAGEN (Denmark) - The best women players on the planet are ready to fight for the continental crown at the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup 2025 on September 5-7.

As we count down to the 10th edition of Europe's biggest event, let's look at the top players to watch.

Janis Nbida & Noortje Driessen (Netherlands)

They are the top two ranked players in the world for good reason. The athletic freaks - who unfairly also boast high IQ - are the best one-two punch in women's 3x3 and they have led Netherlands on a crazy successful season.

The Dutchwomen have dominated the Women's Series amid their historic triumph at the World Cup, where Driessen walked off with the MVP. Driessen just has a knack of elevating her game on the big stage having also won MVP at Europe Cup 2023 as the Netherlands claimed the crown.

Both players are tour de force two-way players, essentially mirror images of each other. If one doesn't provide the smack down then the other will.

    Marie Eve-Paget (France)

As three-time winners, France are the most successful team in tournament history but the powerhouse has lost their way in a tough 2025. They are hoping the old magic returns and wizard Marie Eve-Paget is a reminder of past glory having been part of two of those triumphs.

The 5ft. 7in (1.7m) Paget is electric on the half-court, with insane ball-handling skills and she can also go on heaters. She is a crowd favorite everywhere she plays and you'll know when she does something insane because the venue will be shaking.

    Sandra Ygueravide (Spain)

Talk about a 3x3 wonder woman. She has turned 40, but age is just a number because this Spanish legend is still schooling players half her age. Ygueravide continues to be the glue for Spain as they enjoy another dominant season on the Women's Series.

And she's saved some of her most legendary performances for the Europe Cup having twice led Spain to glory while walking off with MVPs. She willed a previously heartbroken Spain to an emotional title in 2021 before lighting it up last year with an insane 42 points, including a game-high 6 in the final. Ygueravide can add to her legacy in Copenhagen with another performance for the ages.

    Aleksandra Ziemborska (Poland)

Poland are inching closer to a medal having reached the final four at last year's Europe Cup and this year's World Cup.

The Poles were inspired at the World Cup by their star Aleksandra Zięmborska, who had flames coming out of her hands to finish as one of the tournament's leading scorers.

The towering 25-year-old has this season really put the pieces together, becoming an inside-outside threat. Having once been a low post specialist, Ziemborska's confidence has allowed her to show off her crazy handles too.

Ziemborska's swagger will rub off on her teammates as she aims to lead Poland to a coveted medal.

    Cavina Rickards (Great Britain)

Great Britain are starting to emerge on the half-court, but to go on a giant-killing run they'll need Cavina Rickards to go toe-to-toe with the opposition's best players. The 24-year-old is more than capable having shown glimpses of her scoring ability in the Women's Series, her game marked by a nasty inside game.

Remember her name because Cavina Rickards has arrived on the half-court.
