MIES (Switzerland) - One of the great things about growing up in this era of basketball is that there are plenty of resources to help you learn how to play the game.
Among them are the training videos that you can view online, many of them that are put together by players that competed at the highest level, like Tim Hardaway and Mark Strickland.
On the FIBA YouTube Channel are a bevy of training videos that can players become the best version of themselves on the basketball court.
Hardaway, for example, a member of the legendary Run TMC with the Golden State Warriors (Tim Hardaway, Mitch Richmond and Chris Mullen), where he played from 1989 to 1996, and also a gold medal winner with the USA at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, delivers an excellent lesson on his famous signature move, the killer crossover, that allowed him to score so many points.
"It's what everybody wants to know," he says in his video.
Strickland, who played professional basketball from 1992 through 2006 in the NBA and all over the world, delivers an excellent lesson defense.
