BEIRUT – FIBA's office in Asia conducted two workshops introducing the various facets of the 2017 New Competition System with the National Federations of Lebanon and Jordan from 8-11 April in Beirut and Amman respectively.
The workshops presented opportunities which the new competition system offers and the tools that will be provided by the Regional Office to the National Federations to make it a success story.
“Through these workshops we want to help the NFs in Asia build a better understanding of the new competition system and also provide them with the necessary tools to make it a success story,” FIBA Regional Director – Asia Mr. Hagop Khajirian, who led the team of speakers, said.
“The Regional Office in Asia will work closely and effectively with the National Federations in Asia to help them be ready by November 2017. The success of the 2017 New Competition depends entirely on how well the NFs deliver the games.”
