MIES (Switzerland) - The Basketball Champions League Season 11, powered by Ameresco SUNEL continued with eight games on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday gives us time to reflect on the best individual performances.

The fifth Team of the Week saw players from Asisa Joventut, SIG Strasbourg, Salon Vilpas, Unicaja and Legia Warszawa make the cut.

Nicolas Laprovittola is wasting no time in proving he's a legit MVP of the Season candidate in his first BCL campaign.

The point guard had 23 points on 6-of-9 shooting from three-point range, as Asisa Joventut stayed perfect with an 81-64 road win at FC Porto.

SIG Strasbourg were unstoppable against Cibona this week, enjoying a 95-70 win, as Neftali Difuidi picked a perfect way to celebrate his 25th birthday.

Difuidi had 23 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and a block, all good for an efficiency rating of 29.

With no Leland Walker in town, questions were asked if Salon Vilpas are still the same team. They are not - it seems they are even better.

The Finnish champions defeated the Windrose Giants Antwerp 77-69, becoming the first team to beat the Belgian champs in all competitions this season, and also the first to hold them to less than 83 points in a game.

Karl Chavis had a day to remember, with 23 points on 7-of-10 shooting, with 5 rebounds and 3 assists, too.

Unicaja are off to another strong start to their BCL season, up at 3-0 with Amine Noua standing out as their top player thus far, including their 99-94 win over Pallacanestro Reggiana.

Noua tied Dario Brizuela for second-most points by an Unicaja player in a single BCL game with 27 points, done on 9-of-13 shooting, with 5 rebounds also in for an efficiency rating of 27.

Finally, the last spot on the Team of the Week belongs to Zach Freemantle. Legia Warszawa defeated Galatasaray MCT Technic 79-72, thanks to their 26-year-old standing tall.

Freemantle had 23 points on 10-of-15 shooting, getting a team-high efficiency rating 21 in this upset win.
