MIES (Switzerland) - The Basketball Champions League Season X continued with 16 games on Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday gives us time to reflect on the best individual performances.
The third Team of the Week saw players from Igokea m:tel, Dreamland Gran Canaria, Hapoel Netanel Holon, Galatasaray MCT Technic and Rytas Vilnius make the cut.
Igokea m:tel picked up their first win, and it was thanks to their hot shooting guard. Breein Tyree came in off the bench and changed the game against Pallacanestro Trieste completely.
Tyree wasn't the only player with more points than minutes, as Braian Angola provided instant offense for coach Jaka Lakovic and Dreamland Gran Canaria on the road in Serbia, ending Spartak Office Shoes' perfect start to the season.
Another team successful on the road - Hapoel Netanel Holon. Jordan McRae hit the game winner against Hapoel Jerusalem over the weekend, and has not cooled off during the week, leading Holon to a memorable road win in France.
While Holon keep delivering on the road, Galatasaray MCT Technic are unstoppable at home. James Palmer Jr did a bit of everything as they outlasted Fitness First Wurzburg Baskets to make it nine straight BCL wins at home.
Finally, the middle belongs to Arturas Gudaitis. Rytas Vilnius' big man played his best BCL game to date, tormenting Promitheas Patras BC Vikos Cola's defense inside the painted area to get the Lithuanian club their second win in three weeks.
