Tall Blacks guard Paora Winitana has been named overall MVP of the just completed National Basketball season.
Winitana has starred for the Bay Hawks team this year, scoring 15 points per game and picking up four rebounds per appearance.
He also won the top guard award.
Paora Winitana is currently in camp with the Tall Blacks.
Auckland's Casey Frank picked up the kiwi MVP award as well as the leading forward prize.
Nelson's Nenad Vucinic was named the coach of the year.
