Sweden held their nerve down the stretch to overcome Switzerland 57-54 in the Division B Semi-Final.

A clutch bucket from Kenyah Monteiro De Macedo with less than 50 seconds left proved to be the difference, though the Swiss will be kicking themselves for having the chance to tie the game with just over a minute left but failing to take advantage.

Zuhayra Mohamed led the winners with 15 points, with Leia Agilar adding 13. For Switzerland, Eloise Lembo led the way with 13 points and 6 rebounds.
