    SRB - Vojvodina march on

    BELGRADE (A1) - Vojvodina secured their fifth consecutive A1 success with a 91-90 overtime victory over Sloga. Goran Bajic poured in 18 points in a losing cause while his Sloga team-mate Dusan Vucicevic was the MVP with eight rebounds, seven assists and 17 points, including a three-pointer that sent the game into an additional five minutes.

    Goran Bajic poured in 18 points in a losing cause while his Sloga team-mate Dusan Vucicevic was the MVP with eight rebounds, seven assists and 17 points, including a three-pointer that sent the game into an additional five minutes.

    But Vojvodina never trailed and won with Ivan Ivanovic and Cedomir Vitkovac scoring 15 points apiece.

    "We didn't deserve this defeat. It would be great if Perica Mitic had scored a lay-up in the final seconds of overtime as we've shown that, despite just one victory so far, we can play with the best teams in the league,” said Sloga captain Bajic.

    Mega Ishrana, meanwhile, out-rebounded OKK Beograd 44-26 in a crushing 100-67 victory to maintain their 100% record.

    Miladin Pekovic scored 14 points and Milovan Rakovic added a further 13.

    Elsewhere, five Borac players scored 13 points or more, including Predrag Markovic's 21, en route to seeing off Radnicki 89-82, while Marko Sutalo drained 20 points as Novi Sad crushed Ergonom 96-69.

    Swisslion Takovo overcame a seven-point deficit in the final three minutes to defeat Zdravlje 81-79 in overtime and Masinac inflicted Napredak`s fifth defeat of the season, emerging 67-77 victors.
