Spain build big early lead, cruise past Argentina 

HERAKLION (2015 FIBA U19 World Championship) - Spain secured second place in Group B of the 2015 FIBA U19 World Championship with a 2-1 record after a convincing 75-51 victory over Argentina. All 10 Spaniards who played scored and grabbed at least one rebound with Marc Garcia leading the way with 18 points. Argentina dropped to 0-3 despite 11 points from Ivan Gramajo.

Turning Point: Spain jumped out to a 9-1 lead and never looked back, giving up just three points in the first quarter for a 22-3 advantage. 

Stats Don't Lie: Argentina shot just 23 percent for the game while getting out-rebounded 49-38  

Game Hero: Jacobo Diaz scored 12 points while also grabbing eight rebounds and picking up three assists, a steal and a block. 

The Bottom Line: Spain bounced back from their loss against Turkey in fine fashion, though they did commit 25 turnovers in the game. Argentina finished last in the group with an 0-3 record.
