NANJING (China) – Steve Sir (Edmonton, CAN) was awarded the MVP trophy at the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Nanjing Masters on October 13. 2019.

The Canadian sniper led Edmonton to their first-ever World Tour Masters title thanks to his team-high 37 points in the tournament.

Sir was wet like a Canadair water bomber in Nanjing. He splashed 14 two-pointers at a 41% clip, not bad in a 10-minute sprint played in outdoor conditions.

Though he finished 2nd in scoring (behind Sakiai Gulbele (LTU) star Aurelijus Pukelis), Sir finished 1st overall in shooting value (29.6).
