Latvia's Sindija Sondore has been one of the most exciting players to watch at FIBA U16 Women's EuroBasket. And undoubtedly, this was her performance of the tournament so far. The TTT Riga prodigy had 22 points and 18 rebounds in their narrow 76-73 success over Hungary to advance to the Quarter-Finals.
Susanna Perego made it back-to-back appearances in the Top Performers, as she led all scorers in Italy's 95-73 victory over Belgium. The sharp-shooting forward buried four triples in her 22-point haul, dished 7 assists, and got 2 blocks for an efficiency rating of 29.
Isabel Hassan was Italy's thief all game long as she got 4 steals in their win, whilst adding a solid 19 points, got 7 rebounds, and 2 blocks as she helped seal her team's place in the Quarter-Finals.
Highly-touted France is headed to the Quarter-Finals after an 86-50 dismissal of Croatia in the Round of 16.
