Hawks co-captain Glen Saville has withdrawn from next week's Australian squad training camp in Canberra.
Saville is making a steady recovery from February knee surgery but is not ready to make a comeback to the court.
After being forced to give up his Boomers spot four weeks out from the Commonwealth Games, the 30-year-old is under pressure to regain his place for the World Championships in August. But he won't rush his return.
"My fitness is slowly getting better, and it's definitely improved a lot from week to week, especially this week," Saville said.
