    MOSCOW (PBL) - It’s come a little late for the Euroleague, but BC Khimki have signed Travis Hansen for the remainder of the season.

    Hansen, who once played for Dynamo Moscow and spent last season with Real Madrid, has joined Sergio Scariolo’s side and will attempt to help them beat struggling CSKA Moscow to the Russian PBL title.

    The club have announced the signing on their website, and coach Scariolo has also gone on Twitter to announce Hansen’s deal.

    The Khimki and Spain national team boss tweeted: “Travis Hansen is a new BC Khimki player.”

    Hansen possesses a Russian passport.
