Raudondvaris establish dominance on day 1 of FIBA 3x3 World Tour Almaty 2024

ALMATY (Kazakhstan) - Raudondvaris Hoptrans (LTU) looked Olympic ready, going unbeaten on Day 1 of the FIBA 3x3 World Tour Edmonton 2024 on July 13.

Raudondvaris Hoptrans (LTU)

Boasting 3 of the 4 players representing Lithuania at the Paris 2024 Olympics, Raudondvaris looked strong on their tune up event before the grand show. 

They faced local side Atyrau in the opener where they handled business, steamrolling to a 21 - 8 win. Evaldas Dziaugys and Marijus Uzupis put up 6 each while Aurelijus Pukelis led his side with 9, scoring a game winning two to seal the deal as well.

A strong Lausanne side faced a similar fate. Dziaugys scored 7 points but it was Pukelis again who made a statement, scoring 10 points including another clutch two for game. Raudonvaris closed off pool phase unbeaten with a 21 - 10 victory.

Stefan Milivojevic (Partizan)

The Serbian Giants came out swinging in Pool phase, and it was star guard Stefan Milivojevic who led the charge. He put up a joint-high 7 points in their victory against local side Almaty, a 21 - 7 result.

He continued his onslaught in a tight game against a strong team Riffa. It was a team-high 8 points and numerous dimes that set the tone for his side.
