    SAN JUAN (Puerto Rico) - Italy are celebrating taking a place at the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 after getting the win they needed against Spain to claim their ticket.

    They eased past their European rivals 68-56, as marquee baller Cecilia Zandalasini caught fire and racked up a headline 22 points.
