    WUHAN (China) - Czechia have booked their place at the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup 2026 after China beat Brazil to hand the European side the result they needed to advance.

    Falling to Belgium earlier on Gameday 5, they faced an anxious wait to see if they would make it to Berlin. But, the host nation took victory it's Czechia rather than Brazil who now head to the main event in September.
