    SANTO DOMINGO (2010 FIBA World Championship) - Normal service has resumed at the Centrobasket Championship for Puerto Rico.
     
    Manolo Cintron's side, after falling to Trinidad and Tobago in their opening game, have hit back to win three straight and will now face the unbeaten Dominican Republic (4-0) in Monday’s gold-medal game.
     
    Puerto Rico traded blows with Panama and prevailed 77-70 to reach the title showdown.
     
    Carlos Arroyo led the way with 23 points while fellow guard Jose Barea contributed 22 and center Peter John Ramos scored 14.
     
    The Dominican Republic progressed to the final with an 85-71 victory over Cuba.
     
    Franklin Western had 16 points for the Dominicans.
     
    Puerto Rico will next month play at the FIBA World Championship in Turkey.
     
    They will be in Group C with hosts Turkey, Greece, Ivory Coast, China and Russia.
