PHI - Ginebra join Red Bull at the top in Philippines

MANILA (PBA) - Rod Nealy scored 38 points to fire Ginebra to a 100-94 triumph over leaders Red Bull on Sunday in the PBA.

The result at the Araneta Coliseum, Ginebra’s sixth in eight games this season, has lifted the victors into a share of first place with Red Bull.

Ryan Gregorio’s Purefoods were also winners on Sunday after getting 30 points from James Yap in a 94-82 win over fellow strugglers Welcoat.

San Miguel and Air 21 prevailed in their games last week, beating Talk N Text and Alaska, respectively.

Paul McMillan was 14 of 22 from the floor on his way to 41 points for San Miguel, who won 108-103.

Air 21 won 116-104 over Alaska, Dolriech Perasol’s men getting 27 points from Gary David.
