LIMA (Apertura) - Regatas Lima have been crowned Apertura tournament champions in Peru.
They defeated Escuela de Oficiales de la Fuerza Aerea del Peru (EOFAP) 89-61 in the final game at San Luis de Barranco college.
Regatas reached the final after defeating Alas Peruanas University 2-0 in the semi-final, while EOFAP eliminated Centro Naval with the same result.
Centro Naval bounced back to win the third place play-off, defeating Alas Peruanas 72-64.
Teams are now preparing for the upcoming Clausura championship.
